Unlike common ticketing systems that rely largely on self-reporting, GitPrime analyzes the data from the codebase, ticketing system, and engineering’s existing tool chain to provide timely and accurate answers based on facts not feelings. For example, GitPrime helps managers identify engineers who are stuck or bogged down with refactoring, and quantifies the amount of effort spent paying down technical debt.

We are based in Durango, CO, but our engineering team is remote-first. You can work from home, or we will set you up in a co-working space with your own office wherever you want. There's minor travel a couple of times a year here to Durango which is a pretty fun place to have to go to for work. We are perfectly set up for remote developers and most of our communication is via slack, email, and JIRA.
