Hi! We are Daniel and Chris, brothers and the founders of Hey Telo.
TL;DR — We're building voice-first AI agents that handle phone calls and administrative work for Germany's 1 million craftsman businesses. Our technology turns hours of daily interruptions into seamless and reliable voice AI interactions, helping craftsmen focus on skilled work instead of shuffling paperwork and answering phones.
If you work or have connections in the Home Service industry, connect with us today.
Every time you flip a switch or turn on the heat, a craftsman made it possible. Germany's 1 million craftsman businesses—and the millions more across Europe—don't just maintain our quality of life, they're building our sustainable future through renewable energy and green infrastructure.
But instead of focusing on this critical work, they're trapped answering phones and shuffling paperwork. Craftsmen are constantly interrupted by calls for quotes, scheduling, and basic questions while they're trying to do skilled work. A single workday can be fractured by dozens of phone interruptions, forcing them to context-switch between complex technical tasks and administrative busywork.
Many end up hiring office staff just to handle calls, cutting into already thin margins. Others miss opportunities because they can't answer the phone while working.
Hey Telo simplifies how craftsmen handle communication and admin work using advanced voice AI.
Instead of being interrupted by every call and spending hours on paperwork, craftsmen can:
That's it. What used to fracture their entire workday now happens seamlessly in the background, letting craftsmen focus on their work while maintaining high quality customer service. Our voice AI feels natural, fast, and human - customers often don't realize they're talking to AI until told.
