She serves as a Clinical Academic Colleague at the Faculty of Pharmacy & Pharmaceutical Sciences, University of Alberta. At KemNet we think that empathy is great for patient care so we source and supply customized medications accordingly. Patients adhere to medications that are formulated to work faster, and are enjoyable to use, with reduced side effects. It turns out that empathizing with patients by design is also really good business, because our pharmacy customers’ bottom-line grow as well. I stumbled into these insights around empathy by medication formulation design, as a multi-pharmacy owner.
