About the role
In the next 30 years, the world will transform every part of the built environment to be climate positive green infrastructure. Knowing what, where, and how to build infrastructure like solar farms is one of the great opportunities of our time.
Paces is software for green infrastructure developers to identify the best places to build and manage their projects. Our software supports renewable energy, EV charging, carbon sequestration and data center customers with interconnection, permitting and siting of their projects. We are venture backed from Resolute Ventures & Y Combinator.
🌳 TL;DR
We are growing rapidly and are looking for our first Implementation Specialist (Project Development) to join us! Together we will define a new and more automated way to develop renewable projects. You will have impact across sales, customer success and product direction of the company.
🏆 What You’ll Achieve
- Lead product evaluations for new project development customers and work closely with our sales team
- Provide support to existing customers and gather feedback while working closely with our customer success team
- Act as the voice of the customer and directly impact product roadmap
📈 Requirements
- +1 year of experience in renewable project development or site origination
- Hands on experience and deep understanding of Pre-NTP development process, familiar with interconnection, permitting and environmental due diligence
- Incredibly proactive, have the ability to identify and solve minor issues before they become major issues

🚀 Bonus Points
- Previous experience at a high-growth, fast-paced startup / development firm
- Previous experience with GIS tools
- Knowledge of electrical engineering/powerflow
