Hi everyone, we’re Sidney, Phelix, and Bernard. We’re on a mission to help manufacturers and distributors across Africa automate the entry of sales orders from emails and WhatsApp into their ERP systems. Our solution eliminates costly errors and missed sales, allowing teams to focus on their core operations and enhancing customer service.

Problem:

Sales teams spend 80% of their day manually entering sales orders from Emails and WhatsApp into ERP systems. The occasional errors in manual entry result in costly sales returns and missed sales. This process is also time-consuming, which not only leads to delayed deliveries but also consumes valuable time they could spend on core functions like sales and customer support, hence impacting customer satisfaction, employee productivity, and overall revenue.

Solution:

Sanifu automates the extraction and entry of order details from various channels, like Emails and WhatsApp, into ERP systems much faster and at a fraction of the cost, thereby allowing sales teams to focus on higher-value tasks like sales and customer engagement.

How it works

Sanifu is integrated into ordering channels like Emails and WhatsApp, enabling it to automatically pick incoming sales orders.
Sanifu proceeds to extract the sales order data like products, shipping addresses, etc., and matches the data to the internal ERP database
Sanifu creates the sales orders in the ERP.
