Randy Song, Founder

Went to school as an Electrical Computer Engineer, started writing verification code at Nvidia, landed as a SWE at Toast. As a staff software engineer, I helped scale the Fintech team from 5 to over 100 engineers. During my tenure, I was responsible for scaling payments to over 10M transactions per day. Now I work with autonomous AI agents to generate code from plain english.

Hear from the founders

What is the core problem you are solving? Why is this a big problem? What made you decide to work on it?

There isn’t enough time or money to build software. We want to make it such that no problem is too laborious to solve, and so we want to give software engineers the tools to write code in plain english. We want to take week long iteration cycles and let engineers build their ideas in minutes or hours. We believe we’re the team to do this, given our years of experience in LLMs and enterprise production software.

What is your long-term vision? If you truly succeed, what will be different about the world?

We are building a holy grail. Code generation doesn’t have to suck, and we believe we’re the ones who will make that happen.
