Nuclear is experiencing a global resurgence as the only scalable clean baseload power option that can meet humanity's exploding energy needs:

• AI datacenter electricity demand will more than double by 2030
• Microsoft, Google, Amazon, and Meta have collectively committed billions to nuclear power
• 30+ countries pledged to more than triple global nuclear capacity by 2050
• In 2025, the U.S. government signed executive orders to quadruple nuclear capacity, with $80B+ in commitments across reactors and fuel supply chains

⛽️ The Fuel Crisis:

But this nuclear future has one critical dependency: uranium fuel.

• Global uranium production needs to 4x by 2050, but we already have a supply deficit today with depleting stockpiles
• The world’s largest mines will approach end-of-life simultaneously starting in the mid 2030s
• New mines take 10-15 years from discovery to production

The West needs new economic discoveries in stable jurisdictions to ensure energy security.

🆘 The Bottleneck: Exploration is Broken

Exploration still works like in the 1960s: slow, fragmented, guided by intuition and outsourced workflows. Hit rates are <1%, driving extremely high costs and decade-long timelines. Meanwhile, 70+ years of exploration data sits trapped in thousands of legacy PDFs and handdrawn maps, unused.

We're not finding deposits fast enough to power the future.

⚒️ What We Are Building:

Terranox AI is the first vertically integrated AI-powered uranium discovery company.

We find uranium deposits in North America using AI trained on decades of geoscience data and exploration outcomes.

Our system does three things:

1. Multi-modal geoscience intelligence: Extracts and processes geoscience data from decades of fragmented sources, building a unified exploration context base
2. Prospectivity mapping for discovery: Identifies high-potential areas humans would miss using uranium-specific AI models trained on decades of exploration outcomes
3. Sequential decision intelligence: Determines the optimal next action to maximize information gain per dollar spent, learning from every result in real time

The result: A compounding learning flywheel. Every drill hole (hit or miss) makes our predictions better across all projects. The more we explore, the smarter we get.
