Travo is building a real estate data platform that uses AI to aggregate ownership, pricing, zoning, and operating data through web crawls, emails, and phone calls.
Background:
We are four Stanford CS dropouts who spent months trying to build agents for alluring but low hanging real estate private equity workflows. We realized that building an agent that performs 100x better than a high IQ analyst is impossible without dramatically better underlying data.
Problem:
Real estate data is still collected through call centers, broken government websites, and manual skip tracing. This structure means zero coverage for niche asset classes and results in inaccurate coverage of institutionalised asset classes. Investors spend days fact-checking data they already pay for, only to still fill in gaps themselves.
Solution:
By using AI to aggregate data accurately and modularly across asset types at scale, we unlock deeper coverage and access to untapped markets and proprietary data sources. One boutique PE firm found an off-market RV park now under purchase for 3M+. Another $200B+ fund cut market analysis and underwriting from weeks to days, while increasing revenue across its portfolio.
