About the role
Location: Venice Beach (Los Angeles) - this role is in office 5 days a week directly on the beach.
The Role: We are looking for a driven candidate, ideally with a background in top-tier consulting or investment banking, who is eager to tackle consulting-like projects to manage client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement & Strategy Implementation: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at large property management firms, understanding their strategic goals and how our software can enhance their operations.
- Solution Design & Optimization: Collaborate with clients to tailor and refine their lease underwriting processes, ensuring optimal use of our software. This includes adapting and redesigning workflows, as necessary, to maximize software utility and client satisfaction.
- Project Management: Lead projects that align with both the client's needs and our strategic goals, ensuring timely and successful delivery of our solutions.
- Feedback Loop: Act as the voice of the customer within our company. Gather client feedback and work with our product development teams to inform and guide enhancements and new features.
- Performance Measurement: Establish and monitor key performance indicators to evaluate success and identify continuous improvement opportunities in client engagements.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of explaining complex operational information about underwriting in an understandable way.
- A proactive, curious mindset with a relentless pursuit of excellence and innovation in tackling complex problems.
