🤹🏽‍♀️ PROFILE & EXPERIENCE

• ≥4 years of experience as a significant contributor on an established engineering team and intentionally pursuing early stage opportunities, or a similar level of experience as the CTO, VP Eng., or senior technical IC at an early stage company

• Deep mastery of backend engineering as an IC, and require little guidance from peers and leaders when writing code. You may have specialized in a particular language or framework along the way

• You are able to identify and work towards defined standards and styles as an individual, and have broad exposure to a variety of configurations of planning, estimating, and executional cycles

• Familiar with the occasional uncertainty and open ended nature of delivering work at an early stage startup, and a few muscles developed to help mitigate such uncertainty in your IC work (e.g. seeking to understand commercial outcomes rather than just building to spec).

• Work on our observability/telemetry system that tracks latency of our entire Agent pipeline

• Deploy and scale our models to serve thousands of simultaneous calls
