About This Role: Head of Marketing and Growth

Writesonic is seeking a dynamic Head of Marketing and Growth with an engineering background and a proven track record of scaling startups from early stages to significant growth. We are looking for a leader who possesses a repeatable playbook for growth in both Product-Led Growth (PLG) and Sales-Led Growth (SLG) models in the SaaS industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute innovative marketing and growth strategies to scale Writesonic from 10 to 100.
• Lead both PLG and SLG initiatives, applying a data-driven and research-oriented approach.
• Conduct in-depth market and competitive research, staying ahead of industry trends and identifying new growth opportunities.
• Be hands-on in implementing strategies and tactics, demonstrating a history of personal involvement in successful growth initiatives.
• Regularly brainstorm and implement fresh, innovative ideas for revolutionary growth in a competitive market.
• Build, mentor, and lead high-performing marketing and content teams, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
