Agents that help your company transform for AI.

Foaster is an AI-native consulting firm for AI transformation, powered by agents instead of armies of consultants. Companies are spending millions on AI tools, pilots, workshops, and roadmaps. But most confuse AI adoption with AI transformation. Adoption is buying tools. Transformation is understanding how work should change across every team, workflow, and role. Traditional consulting moves too slowly for that: a few interviews, a few workshops, a static roadmap, then the company is left to execute. Foaster uses AI agents to go much faster and much deeper. Agents interview employees at scale, map how work actually happens, and build in days a roadmap showing what should be automated, redesigned, or improved first. Then Foaster stays embedded to keep the transformation moving through adoption tracking, deeply personalized upskilling, and continuous follow-up. The result is the precision and scale of AI, with human experts brought in where judgment, expertise and implementation matter most.

Hey 👋 We’re Raphaël and Alexandre, co-founders of Foaster.

TL;DR

Our agents run AI-led interviews across your entire company to map how work actually happens, identify the highest-impact AI opportunities in just a few days, and support execution through adoption tracking, personalized upskilling, and expert guidance.

❌ The Problem

Most companies confuse AI adoption with AI transformation.

AI adoption is giving employees better tools: ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, internal assistants.

That can make individuals faster. But the company itself often stays the same: same workflows, same meetings, same approval chains, same bottlenecks.

AI transformation is different. It means redesigning how work happens around what AI now makes possible.

The problem is that this transformation is broad, fast-moving, and continuous. It touches every function, every workflow, and every role, while tools and capabilities keep evolving.

Traditional methods cannot keep up. Workshops, consulting projects, and static roadmaps are too slow, too generic, and too disconnected from day-to-day operations.

✅ The Solution

Foaster combines AI agents and human experts to help companies make AI transformation scalable, continuous, and personalized.

1. Mapping the company

We run 30 to 45-minute AI-led interviews across the organization.

Agents collect the context that usually stays trapped in people’s heads: workflows, tools, handoffs, bottlenecks, dependencies, informal habits, and repetitive tasks.

The result is a granular map of how the company actually works.

2. Turning the map into a roadmap

Agents reason over that map to identify where AI can have the highest impact: what should be automated, redesigned, augmented, or improved first.

Our human experts review the findings, bring business judgment, and help leadership prioritize the roadmap based on impact, feasibility, and company goals.

3. Keeping the transformation alive

Foaster keeps the map updated over time, tracks adoption, detects where teams are stuck, and generates personalized upskilling for each employee based on their role, tools, workflows, and level.

Agents handle the scale, follow-up, and personalization while human experts bring judgment, expertise, change management, and implementation support when needed.

The goal: help the whole company move in one direction while supporting every employee at individual scale.

👬 The Team

We spent the past year working as AI consultants and saw firsthand how broken the old model was.

We also did AI research and built two benchmarks that got widely shared: The Werewolf Benchmark, notably shared by Greg Brockman, Clément Delangue, and Thomas Wolf, and The Political Gap Between AIs and Citizens, shared by Elon Musk and viewed over 12 million times on social media.

At the same time, we watched models get really good at knowledge work. It became obvious that AI could do a large part of what AI consultants were doing, but at much faster speed and scale.

📣 Our Ask

We’d love intros to enterprises or mid-market companies trying to figure out what AI transformation should look like in practice.

If you know someone leading AI transformation, AI enablement, operations, or process improvement, we’d love to talk.
