Meet Paul, an agent built on Trelium to be our Lazy Champion and automation scout 🐧 His job is simple: figure out where your team could be doing less. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sjyM_gIDmB0
Over the last year, we rebranded Questom to Trelium and evolved from building AI agents for B2B inbound sales into a platform where non-technical enterprise teams can build deterministic AI agents in simple English to automate back-office work across the tools they already use. Since then, we have been creating value for distributors, suppliers, and decorators across print, merch, and apparel by helping them automate work like order entry, purchase order creation, PO-invoice matching and a lot more.
In sales calls, we keep hearing the same thing: “We want to use AI, but we do not know what to automate.” The funny part is that figuring this out is still extremely manual. AI audits usually mean workshops, interviews, process maps, and asking people to remember all the repetitive things they do. But the work wasting the most time is often so routine that nobody even remembers to mention it.
So we thought, why not make Paul? Paul is an agent built on our own platform, and now he is available to everyone. Connect him to places like email and chat, and he watches how work actually moves across your team, spots repetitive processes, and tells you what is worth automating. He might notice someone doing the same tiny task 40 times a week because apparently copy-paste has become a job description. Instead of a giant consulting deck, Paul gives you the opportunity, the reasoning behind it, and a ready-made prompt to build that agent on Trelium.
We have been using Paul on ourselves too, and unfortunately he keeps finding things. The idea is simple: spend less time talking about “adopting AI” and more time removing work nobody wanted to do in the first place. Paul has mastered laziness. We are trying to catch up. 🐧
