We provide an NLP-based intelligent bot, “Flowy”, that can be accessed by sales teams from various chat platforms like WhatsApp, Slack, and i-messages. The bot connects with the CRM used in the companies to retrieve and update customer information based on natural language commands. Using the bot, users can also execute workflows on CRM like creating a ticket, setting alerts, notifications, reminders, etc. The bot also proactively alerts users about misses like potential lost opportunities, incomplete CRM updates, etc, to improve the overall productivity of the sales team.
